killer. One in every three adult is living with
one or other heart aliment. Daily we are losing
so many lives due to lack of specialised
medical advise and care. Many RMP and even general
practioner keep the patient in lilemma that don't
have any heart disease and land up them in great
problem with very bad heart function.

A team of heart care professionals
specifically Cardiologist and Heart Surgeons under
the banner of " AROGYA DHAM" have taken
intiative to deliver high quality, compassionate
medical and surgical heart care services for this
life threatening heart ailment. Arogya Dham is working
as heart care wing of Help Health Care Society(HHCS). |

This service is proposed to
make available to masses from all over India
considering our moral and social responsibility
to save these patients because so many lives
are related to them. The specialist will provide
heart care services on telephone, on Internet,
through print media and TV. The consultant will
provide 24 hour consultation free of cost to
all heart patients after review their all reports,
angiography film and tey to help them out to
get perfect treatment. In fact for an advice,
for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment
and rehabilitation of heart disease more people
will turn to the caring heart specialist of
non profit banner like " AROGYA DHAM"

INTRODUCTION OF HELP
HEALTH CARE SOCIETY
In April 1996,
Ten Medical Doctor of SMS Medical College was
on round in medical ward. One patient Mr Krishan
kant pandey was suffering from Lung cancer due
to smoking. Being an Rickshaw puller, his earnings
could hardly suffice in his hour of crisis as
Cancer treatment require large funds. His relative
met a social worker of hospital for help but they
refused to help because they don’t have
BPL (Below poverty line card) and they were not
able to purchase the medicine and found that Dr.
Pavan Kumar has been assisting such people since
a long time. That we discuss a wonderful proposition
of a foundation solely for poor patients. We felt
the need of an organization, which could channelise
and help poor in a more organized manner, and
through an unified force than the endeavours of
individuals. The proposal received an instant
unanimous approval from all the doctors of SMS
Hospital and thus was born “Help Health
Care Society” in the form of a trust dedicated
to serve with sublime devotion. This Society was
registered in year 1996.
Our basic aim was good Child and Mother care,
Fight against cancer and awareness about literacy.
We are organizing frequent Health check up camps
at Slum, Health awareness programmes. Till Sep
2006 we have organized 29 Multi specialty health
check up camp, 12 hepatitis vaccination camps.
We have sponsored 5 child of 10th class for further
study. Our main success was Life science exhibition
at Alwar for one week in year 1999. District Collector
and about one lakh public including school inaugurated
Exhibition; college Student & General Public
visited the exhibition. We have demonstrated live
organ of Dead human body like a lung of normal
man and lung of smoker, specimen of Live heart
changes in body after heart attack and many more.
Daily specialist in their field speaks on one
specific disease for general public.
Now we have decided to add one more activities
that is HEART CARE. Since Heart operation is very
expensive even to middle class Public. We are
establishing a state of art center with best facility.
